No deposit is required. Same-day openings are often available, and we use a 30-minute arrival window so the team can finish the prior appointment properly and travel safely.

You do not need to be home. Move-in and move-out cleans work best in an empty property; provide a key, lockbox, property-manager contact, or other access instructions.

Remove personal items, important documents, and loose trash unless junk hauling was selected. Water and electricity must be available.

Tap any add-on for its exact scope and price. Garage floor washing requires an empty garage; exterior window washing has a basic and a premium (screens included) option; and junk or trash hauling is quoted separately based on volume rather than a flat price, since a truckload can vary so much.
