It means we clean to the standard most landlords and property managers actually check at move-out: appliances inside and out, bathrooms fully sanitized, baseboards, floors, and more. And if a landlord ever flags something we missed, we're not going to argue about it — text or call us within 48 hours and we'll come back and make it right, free. Every Move-Out Cleaning carries this; there is no lighter tier that leaves it out. To be plain about the limit: we re-clean what we missed. We don't decide whether a landlord returns your deposit, and we'd never promise that.

Some leases require it, some don't — but either way, a documented, top-to-bottom clean is the easiest way to protect your deposit and avoid a dispute with your landlord after you've already moved. Most of our move-out customers are military PCS families, renters, and sellers who want one less thing that can go wrong on moving day.

Yes. Red Prairie Cleaning is fully insured, so you're covered in the rare event anything is damaged during a cleaning.

No. Many move-out customers are already gone. You can provide access instructions, lockbox details, or coordinate with your property manager.

For best results, yes. Empty homes clean faster and more thoroughly. We can still work around items, but heavy clutter or trash may change the scope.

Yes. We use professional hot-water extraction, not a rental steam cleaner. It is $50 per carpeted room ($120 minimum when booked on its own) and can be added during the estimate.

Yes, as an option. Exterior windows are $6 a window ($100 minimum), and screens are removed, washed and rehung for $3 a window more.

Yes. We can often accommodate same-day and next-day appointments for move-outs, deep cleanings, carpet cleaning, and property manager turnovers. If the online calendar does not show the time you need, call or text us and we will do our best to get you scheduled.
