Move-Out Cleaning
One move-out service, priced by bedroom count. It is the full interior reset — inside the oven and refrigerator, inside cabinets and closets, baseboards, interior windows, ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures, bathrooms and floors — backed by Defend Your Deposit™. Crew size and time on site are published below, per home size, so you can see exactly what the price buys.

Heavy buildup adds 25%, and it is a column on this table rather than a conversation on your doorstep. Heavy means noticeably more than a lived-in home: grease in the oven or on the stovetop, heavy soap scum or hard water, trash or belongings left behind, dust or pet hair throughout. You tell us when you book. On every job, the crew does a quick walkthrough when they arrive and confirms the price with you before starting.

These are real scheduled hours, not an estimate we hope to beat. Prices assume the home matches what you told us when you booked. If the crew arrives to something materially different from what was described, we call you with a revised number before starting — you can approve it, or have us do the standard clean at the price you were quoted. Nothing is added to the bill afterward either way.
- Bathroom count doesn't change the price. Just tell us how many so we bring the right crew and supplies
- Flat price by bedroom count, any home size — no square-footage lookup, no surcharge to guess at online
- Homes over 5 bedrooms are quoted directly rather than priced from this table — the spread is too wide to publish honestly
- There is no lighter or cheaper move-out tier — one service, everything inside the home, one price per size
What's actually on the line. Around Lawton a security deposit runs about a month's rent — roughly $600 on a one-bedroom, $850–$900 on a two, $1,100–$1,200 on a three, and $1,300–$1,400 on a four. At every one of those sizes the clean costs less than half of what you're trying to get back.
Deposits vary by landlord and lease — these are typical local figures, not a quote on yours. And to be plain about it: we re-clean what we missed. We don't decide whether a landlord returns a deposit, and we'd never promise that.
Worked example. A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in normal condition: $299. Two cleaners for six hours, the full interior, bathrooms included at no extra charge. Nothing on the checklist is billed separately at the end. If a home turns out to be far heavier than described, the crew prices that with you on arrival before starting — you can approve it or keep the standard clean at your quoted price.

Whole-Home Reset
The deepest clean we sell for a home you are still living in. Two cleaners for a full six hours, working the same checklist we use on a move-out — the difference is that we are working around your furniture instead of an empty house.

Inside the oven, fridge and microwave, cabinet and drawer fronts, bathrooms scrubbed top to bottom, baseboards, doors, trim and fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures, interior windows, sills and tracks, and all floors. Two cleaners for six hours at $40/hour each.
- Extra time: $80/hour — that is $40 an hour for each of the two cleaners
- No second-cleaner option, because it already comes with two. If a home needs more than this, more hours is the honest answer and we would rather tell you that on the phone
- Why this costs more than a move-out. It is the same checklist, but a move-out requires an empty house. Furniture makes every room slower, which is why this takes two people for a day. If your home will be empty, book the Move-Out Cleaning instead — it is usually cheaper and it carries the deposit guarantee

Carpet & Hourly Cleaning
Two flat-rate options for jobs that don't fit the packages above — carpet care on its own or added to any cleaning, and hourly time when you just need certain areas done.
Carpet Cleaning
$50 / room
Professional hot-water extraction with pre-treatment and normal spot treatment. $120 minimum when booked on its own. Same $50 rate whether booked on its own or added to another cleaning. Pet odor? Add enzyme treatment for $25/room to break down odor and stains at the source.
Hourly Cleaning
$40 / cleaner / hour
For when you only want certain areas done. Booked by phone or text rather than online. You set the priority order, we work that list for the hours you book. Three-hour minimum ($120). Same $40 an hour as Deep and Basic — what you're giving up is the defined scope, not a discount. You're booking our time, not a finished checklist — and because you're setting the scope, Defend Your Deposit doesn't apply. Moving out? The move-out clean is the inspection-backed one.

Exterior windows are priced per window with a $100 minimum, so a small house pays the minimum and a large one pays for what it actually has — you pick a rough range when you book and the crew confirms the count before starting. Screens are optional and priced separately. Anything above the ground floor is ladder work, which is why two-story homes carry a surcharge. The garage must be empty before a floor wash. Junk hauling is the one thing on this page we can't price online — volume varies too much for a flat number to be fair either way. We'll call with a price before your cleaning date, and it never appears in your booked total without your say-so.

Most of our move-out customers are Fort Sill families on orders. We try to keep same-day and next-day openings for exactly that reason, we can work from a lockbox if you're already on the road, and we'll coordinate directly with your property manager.
