What's actually on the line. Around Lawton a security deposit runs about a month's rent — roughly $600 on a one-bedroom, $850–$900 on a two, $1,100–$1,200 on a three, and $1,300–$1,400 on a four. Except on the smallest homes, Inspection Ready costs less than half of what you're trying to get back.
Deposits vary by landlord and lease — these are typical local figures, not a quote on yours. And to be plain about it: we re-clean what we missed. We don't decide whether a landlord returns a deposit, and we'd never promise that.
Worked example. A 3-bedroom home: $499 for Inspection Ready, or $249 for Express, bathroom count included at no extra charge either way. With the military discount, Inspection Ready runs $474. That's the number you pay — no walkthrough surprises.
A few quick facts before your price
We ask three simple yes/no questions before your price: is the water on, is the A/C working, and any signs of mold or pests. It's not about how dirty the home is; it's just confirming the job can happen as booked. If any answer says otherwise, we'll call you directly instead of guessing at a number online. This applies to both Move-Out tiers.
Which one do I need?
If a landlord, property manager, or housing office is going to inspect the home after you leave, book Inspection Ready — it's the only tier backed by Defend Your Deposit. If you're just handing the place over with nobody checking it against a list, Move-Out Express gets it clean for less. You can switch tiers right up until the crew is booked.

Carpet & Hourly Cleaning
Carpet Cleaning
$50 / room
Professional hot-water extraction with pre-treatment and normal spot treatment. Two-room minimum. Same rate whether booked on its own or added to another cleaning. Pet odor? Add enzyme treatment for $25/room to break down odor and stains at the source.
Hourly Cleaning
$50 / cleaner / hour
For when you only want certain areas done. You set the priority order, we work that list for the hours you book. Three-hour minimum ($150). You're booking our time, not a finished checklist — and because you're setting the scope, Defend Your Deposit doesn't apply. Moving out? The move-out clean is the inspection-backed one.
Optional add-ons
Genuinely optional extras. Nothing here is quietly required to finish the job you booked, and none of it appears on your invoice unless you chose it.

Exterior window washing does not include screen removal. The garage must be empty before a floor wash. Junk hauling is the one thing on this page we can't price online — volume varies too much for a flat number to be fair either way. We'll call with a price before your cleaning date, and it never appears in your booked total without your say-so.

We hold same-day and next-day slots for exactly that reason, we can work from a lockbox if you're already on the road, and we'll coordinate directly with your property manager.
